Good morning, parents, and very Happy last week of School!

On Tuesday, May 26, 2026, we will be hosting a mock meet at our home OXM pool to give the kids a little taste of what meets are like. For the meets to run efficiently, I will need ALL HANDS on deck. We only have 83 swimmers this year, and I have a variety of roles that are extremely crucial. Efficent meets mean we get done sooner, and we get our kids to bed sooner too. Brian and I will be having a meeting with the parents that evening to explain more, and I ask that any parents who have helped in the past come to the meets so we can show the new parents how certain functions are. Each family is expected to do volunteer shifts at the meets.For example, Scott Yee will be taking on a group of parents to teach them about bullpen functions. 

     I will need someone who has done Timers, Master recording, Deck Managers, and Floaters. Yes, things might sound intimidating, but everything is truly very simple. My son is in the 11 and up group, so I'm usually at practice in the afternoons at 5:45 pm.
