    Practice Schedule

Practice makes progress, especially where swimming is concerned. For this reason, swimmers are encouraged to attend practice on a regular basis. Swimmers should come to practice regularly and be prepared to do their best. Practices are really only Monday through Wednesday: Thursday is a lighter practice before the meet and Friday is FUN FRIDAY.

Preseason Practices are Monday thru Thursday from May 5th - May 21st.

    Age Group Time
    6 & under: 4:30 - 5:00 pm
    7-8: 4:00 - 4:30 pm
    9-10: 5:00 – 5:45 pm
    11+: 5:45 - 6:30 pm

Regular season practices are Monday - Thursday from May 26th- June 30th.

    Age Group Time
    6 & under: 10:30 - 11:00 am
    7-8: 9:45 - 10:30 am
    9-10: 8:45 - 9:45 am
    11+: 11:00 am - 12:00 pm

Note: There is no practice on Graduation Day (May 16th), the Last Day of School (May 22nd) and Memorial Day (May 27th)

Friday Fun Swim - During the regular season our swimmers enjoy doughnuts and receive awards for their efforts that week. Ages 8 and under experience the fun from 9-10 am and ages 9 & up from 10-11 am.

Please have your child arrive early (coaches will too) so that they are ready to dive in at the practice start time. Swimmers are also expected to behave in a positive manner during practice and be respectful of all coaches. Please know that disruptive or rude behavior at practice will not be tolerated and the coaches have the right to remove the swimmer from practice for a few minutes to the entire practice. If that happens, one of the coaches will discuss with the parent.
