We’re so excited to welcome you to the 2025 Oxford Mill Stingrays season! We can’t wait for a fun summer full of swimming, team spirit, and memories with friends. Thank you for being part of our Stingrays family!

Here are a few important dates to mark on your calendar:

🏡 Monday, May 5th — Swim Suit Fitting at the Clubhouse (4–7 PM)
We’ll have the clubhouse booked for swim suit fittings.
Stop by anytime between 4–7 PM to try on swim suits and find your best size. Even if your size isn’t in stock, you’ll be able to try on sample suits and receive ordering instructions.
They’ll also have goggles and other swim gear available for purchase if you need anything new for the season!

💻 Tuesday, May 20th — Virtual Parent Meeting (Time TBD, around 7–8 PM)
This is an important meeting where we’ll go over:

• What to expect at swim meets
• A season overview
• Volunteer roles (some changes this year—please plan to join!)

It’s also a great time to ask questions, especially if you’re new to the team or want a refresher.
We’ll send out the exact meeting time and the virtual link soon—stay tuned!
