It is time to register for the upcoming summer swim league season! We will be having a swim team this year and we are evaluating our options for hosting in person meets. That decision will come later but we will at least have virtual meets like we did last year.

Registration can be completed online by clicking on the “Register Now” link on the team website at https://oxfordmillswimteam.swimtopia.com. If you are a returning family, login to the website, and the registration form will be prefilled with your information from last year.

ASA Registration – Atlanta Swimming Association (ASA) registration is now incorporated into the Oxford Mill Stingrays registration process.  The fee for ASA is $34.50 per swimmer. After April 15th, the ASA fee will increase to $49.50. 

Payment of Fees – We are offering the convenience of online payment this year (Note: there is a 2.9% + 30 cents transaction fee). If you prefer to pay by check, please make your check out to Oxford Mill Swim Team and mail/get payment to Kelly Kennedy. 

Important Items to Know

• Team Suits - We will be scheduling a team suit fitting for the first week of May...stay tuned.

• Volunteers – Volunteer sign-up will occur in early May once the season scheduled is finalized.

• Referral Fee - For each family that you “recruit” to join the program, you will get a $25 credit on your registration fees. To be eligible for the credit, the new family must be from a neighborhood (outside of Oxford Mill) that doesn’t have a summer swim program, and they need to indicate who referred them when they register. 

• Sponsors – We need sponsors to help support our team. If you own a business or have a friend who does, email us the email address below. If you can support the team by coordinating sponsorships, please let us know.
